Service Type

Clearhold Property Cleaning provides end-of-tenancy / move-out cleaning services.

  • Our service is designed to meet landlord and inventory standards
  • We do not offer hourly domestic cleaning
  • All services are provided at fixed prices, agreed in advance

What’s Included

Our end-of-tenancy cleaning includes the areas and items listed on our What’s Included page.

This typically covers:

  • Kitchen cleaning (including oven and fridge/freezer, where empty and defrosted)
  • Bathrooms and toilets
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Skirting boards, switches, and handles
  • Cupboards cleaned inside and out

What’s Not Included

Unless agreed in advance, our service does not include:

  • Heavy rubbish or waste removal
  • Furniture removal
  • After-builders cleaning
  • Pest infestations
  • Mould treatment
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Extremely soiled appliances or areas

If additional work is required, this will be discussed before proceeding.


 Property Condition & Access

  • The property must be empty at the time of cleaning
  • Water and electricity must be available
  • Fridges and freezers must be empty and defrosted
  • Clear access must be provided for the agreed time

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or utilities.


Pricing & Payments

  • All quotes are fixed-price, based on property size and condition
  • A £40 deposit is required to secure a booking
  • The remaining balance is due before cleaning begins
  • Prices assume standard end-of-tenancy condition

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit
  • Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged in full

We understand plans can change and aim to be fair where possible.


Quality Guarantee & Issues

  • If there are any issues with the clean, please notify us within 24 hours
  • We will return to address any missed items related to the agreed scope
  • Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted

This ensures issues can be resolved quickly and fairly.


Damage & Liability

  • Any pre-existing damage should be highlighted before cleaning
  • Any accidental damage caused by us will be reported immediately
  • We are fully insured for public liability

Changes to Scope

Any changes requested on the day of the clean are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Additional charges (where applicable)

No additional work will be carried out without agreement.
